Thanks for submitting a game.

What I liked about the game: The color palette and art is very cool, it has an enjoyable soundtrack, and is a well known game mechanic

What I was confused by: At first I thought the numbered enemies represented the amount of damage each can take (Hit points), that wasn’t it. I then thought that perhaps it represents the speed they can move in, and that wasn’t it either.

I think there was some missed opportunities with the use of the numbered enemies, or I missed something myself.

You are absolutely right in your assessment.
We were planning on using the numeral enemies and operator bosses as a way to deal with scoring and or more game mechanics, but unfortunately ran out of time to Polish the design and implementation!
