last few days has been rough so here's a sketch i made of my babies as ACTUAL babies to cope 😼 they're supposed to be like 6 or 7 here??? (IK JUDE LOOKS 4 HE GREW SLOW OK) the kid with Fio is her imaginary friend back in her hometown (because she had no friends) whom i've been considering making a mc aswell because i ended up liking their character and design far too much, might try them on the all platonic or poly route maybe 🤔🤔 just considering though (AND YES THEY GOT THAT IMAGINARY FRIEND DRIP!!!)
i want to yap about their pre step 1 stages cause thats where i put all the angst on but i dont want to make the post too long so shortly they were both pretty much isolated kids due to not fitting in, but while Fio's reaction was "screw them i can play on my own" Jude's was more of a "WHY DONT THEY LIKE MEEE 😭😭" and trying to fit in by being quiet and "less of a bore" (bear with me here 6-7 year olds can be the WORSE when it comes to bullying 🙏), which made a big impact on Fio's defensive behavior and Jude's comfort in silence later :3
