Which tactical rpg system and by at you mean turn loading bars for actors?

Yours, and yes. I just want to use ATB bars. One bar on the left to keep track, enemies on one side, allies on other. Reset___WAIT______Action Select_____Action/Cast Time/Channel/Effect/_____ACTION COMMENCE________BACK TO RESET
