HUGE softlock I found! Spoilers ahead!
In "Chapter 2", when I entered the glitched house, I immediately left it by accident. This caused the game to go back to normal... at least, it seems to be. I could access most of the in-game areas, including the dev halls and glitched Swamp map, but there's unfortunately a piece of flesh blocking my way if I tried to go back.
