i think you should put polytrack on steam because you can get money or choose not to and more people will get it and also you can set up steam workshop

Multiplayer is a big step, because you need to connect two or more devices from 2 different places together. Theres no way of doing it easily. Clubs and chat will come sooner than multiplayer servers.
