I understand the importance of the rules and I have followed them, but what should I do when support doesn't respond to any of my numerous reminders since January?

What recourse do I have?

And i'm not talking about answers that don't suit me: I literally have no answers.

If you still need to make a topic about a Support Request, you must include your ticket ID with your message.
