I am wondering why you aren't selling it here. Steam shouldn't have anything against it. As long as it is not cheaper here, than on steam itself.
Important to note that it isn't censorship, but Valve's business decision to restrict access rather than verify user age. If Valve would do that, Steam could sell your game in Germany, too.
