If you bought the game when you were logged in, then it will be available to you any time you are logged in. If you bought the game without logging in, I'm afraid I can't help you - but it is still available via Steam and SubscribeStar.
That message will only appear if you have downloaded a copy of the Steam game from somewhere that you shouldn't. It will not appear in the builds that are hosted here.
If you subscribe to us on SubscribeStar at the $20 tier and send me a message, I can send you a Steam key (which can be redeemed anywhere, including Germany).
The free Android version is available here. Due to issues with payment providers, the only way to get the full Android version is to back us on SubscribeStar.

Our executable does not contain a virus (we've checked), but all antivirus software can experience "false positives". Add an exception for Ravager to your AV software and redownload the files if you would like to play.
Subscribers get Android updates as they're made, but we do not have the infrastructure to sell/record/fulfil *permanent* access via SubStar. The situation sucks for everyone, I'm afraid. Hopefully Steam enters the Android market!

I'm sorry, I know that it's a huge pain - it is for me, too. But I do not have any control over the policies of regulators, online retailers, or payment processors.
Our art resources are currently committed to getting everything illustrated that we want to be illustrated. Once that has been done, we can spend more time looking at potential variations (piercings, pubic hair, costume changes, grime, etc) and harmonising our art styles.
