I know but my normal bankcard i have here in my country doesnt work there that means i would need to get a creditcard which cost money on its own. its kinda stupid to pay for something i dont need just so i can pay for a subscibestar subscibtion.
Important to note that it isn't censorship, but Valve's business decision to restrict access rather than verify user age. If Valve would do that, Steam could sell your game in Germany, too.
