2. while I 100% agree with you on the Chika point in fact im just not even gonna pursue her anymore, It should be pointed out that A. its not NTR because there is no romantic and exclusive relationship between the MC and her. and B. from a dev POV its hard to justify tagging this game as NTR since thats the only instance of any of the love interests having relations with another man so for people who like NTR they will be sorely misguided if they download this game with the expectations of there being actual NTR content.
3. this doesn't pertain to just you but i see a lot of hostility towards the dev and their supporters and vice versa and if the direction that the dev is taking Chika turns you off the game that much I don't see how hard it is to just say "hey not a fan of the direction of the game i don't plan on playing it going forward" and then just deleting the game, there are plenty of games out there that are exactly what you're looking for
I just wanna touch on #3 I think the dev deserves everything they're getting. They straight up lied to the player base. This game was marketed as vanilla harem. Having a love interest fucking everyone in town isn't a vanilla harem game. Basically they're trying to parade this around like it's something it's not. I think the people reading the comments should have a right to know what they're getting into, aka, NTR.
Chika was a side girl in the beginning. The dev removed 2 LI's to make room for a whore as a LI. I think everyone should be mad about that.

I'm curious on how you know that 2 LIs were removed, if it was posted on discord or in the novel that the author published in the description of the game then i have no idea because I didn't read it and I'm not in the discord, its very common for VN authors to focus on 1-2 LIs at a time per update.
I 100% agree that if there's something as off putting as this it should be brought to the attention of potentially new players, my point with #3 wasn't to not bring up the the borderline cuckoldry that's in the game it was more a criticism of how it was being done, there's no reason to be hostile or throw out insults to people who disagree with you and honestly it make your point look weaker when you resort to insults.

I totally get it. I am pretty uptight about it because the last couple of people I've responded to have been spewing straight lies and trying to get people to play saying everything said is untrue. NTR just means stolen from you, there doesnt need to be a monogamous or even any sexual relationship for it to be NTR or 2/3th of all NTR would stop being NTR, Mothers are getting stolen, Childhood friends getiing stolen, because MC is too dense to see that she loves him etc etc. Not a single one of those scenarios needs a sexual relationship just that the Protag knows the girl.
MC can even have sex with Chika before he knows shes a whore and even if they have sex, she still sleeps with her customer later and gets found out by MC by pure chance.

After they saved the girl together, she told him she'd show the picture to others if he didn't keep her secret crime-fighting identity a secret, as a way of ensuring his cooperation. That's not a rape-accusation; it's insurance against an unexpected 3rd party she didn't know well enough to trust in a high-stakes situation. Furthermore, she clearly knows she doesn't NEED to use that nuclear option, since the mere threat of it leverages his silence. And if you kept playing the game after that, you know it doesn't take long for her to trust him with her secret.
So, you're accusing others of lying while refusing to add relevant nuance yourself. So much for the public service.

I played through the scenes we're referring to again to be sure, and there are a couple things I want to point out:
Neither Ayase nor the MC really won the fight against the thugs. Both were in a rough spot until her backup arrived and saved them. I kinda misremembered this, same as you I think.
After the fight, yeah, she blackmails him after apologizing for attacking him. Nothing disputed, but we obviously disagree on whether that was justified. I still don't define that as a rape accusation in and of itself, because the accusation has not been made. And that's exactly what was said in OP.
I appreciate the apology. Any ad hominems I directed toward you I felt were retaliation, and I'm sorry for them. I think this game has a lot of potential and I saw your criticism as being blown out of proportion. But now I understand that you were ranting from a place of honesty, even if I disagree with... pretty much everything. And that's better than trolling. As far as Chika, I'll probably keep adding points to her route and see where it goes. Like I said elsewhere, actually staying platonic with her at first does this. (It actually reminds me of Jack's romance route from Mass Effect 2.) But she's not best girl by any means. I would actually hope that the MC can end up in a monogamous relationship with her if things go right. I'm not particularly worried the dev will lock the player into anything with her that they don't choose (especially after her mixed reception here). Of course, I can't know what her story will be.
