I struggled with it too, you have to max her stuff out I think. There is a choice between her brownies or Alex's donuts or something like that. Try picking her brownies.
Yeah I go back to the brownie scene too and fix it by choosing Dalia but still it doesn't work though u found out you can get one affection on the bathroom scene. Anyways thanks
in the empire server when youre making the bet you gotta choose to "test her gag reflex" if you win the bet if you dont choose that option you loose out on her path, thats what happened to me on my first playthrough, hope this helps
