I’m not exactly sure what your strategy is or how your character is built, but I recommend focusing on mobility items and spells so you don't get caught too easily.
In the future you'll be able to make a lewd build work just as a regular build would, but currently getting f-d means your character loses the ability to concentrate 😅 If you want the best build for beating bosses, I'd go for movement speed, not wear the headset, and maybe put some points in strength to be able to escape the grabs.
Slutty builds do work, since skimpy outfits usually have high stats, but they increase your corruption level a lot as well. High corruption means Quinn won't be able to fight back sex attacks that easily, will be prone to seduction, and will likely start masturbating in the middle of combat.
