Almost 3 months and my account is still in quarantine.

I’ve opened tickets for the support team, I’ve posted on the forum asking for help, I’ve been patient, and I still haven’t received any response. I sent the first ticket explaining my situation on January 20, and here we are on April 12. My account is constantly in quarantine—any game I update or whose game page I modify gets quarantined and disappears from the search listings. And even if the games are reviewed and come out of quarantine, as soon as I update them again, they go right back into quarantine.

Right now I have three games in quarantine:

Love's Heart - Memory Time

Yuri Demon

United by Destiny

And if I update any more, they’ll go into quarantine too.

All I’ve been asking for is for this unfair penalty on my account to be lifted. I’ve never broken the platform’s rules, I’ve always been respectful when reaching out to the support team. And three months later, I’m still begging for help, and the admins keep ignoring me.

Why me? What have I done to deserve this? When have I done anything suspicious on the platform? Why, three months later, does the administration care so little about my problem that they’re ignoring me like this?

I’m tired, desperate, and disappointed in the platform.

This is the last ticket I sent to the support team. On March 20, almost a month ago. Still no reply:

And this is a ticket I’ve sent today asking for help again.

Please. Even if you say that itch.io wasn’t created as a tool to promote your games, that’s simply not true anymore—otherwise, search listings wouldn’t exist. Many developers gain visibility and income thanks to itch.io. I myself wouldn’t be anything without itch.io. I started here a few years ago with absolutely nothing and, although I may not have the biggest account on the platform, it has helped me make a huge leap forward. And now, because of this, I’m losing visibility. This is definitely not okay.

Have a great day.

I've let our admins know.

Thank you. I hope that helps this time. I'm not complaining about you; I think you're a great person who's doing everything you can, and I'm sure the administration is too. It's just that the situation has me so desperate...
