Nvm, I realized I accidentally clicked on the "Play as" button, but why is that even a thing?
The "Play as" button exists so it is possible to play as sub nations (Greenland, New Caledonia, California, etc) which do not exist at the start of the game.
HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THIS GAME
I couldn't either, but I tried temporarily uninstalling my antivirus, so if you try that it might work for you.
