I'm guessing that if you are in the faction which has a member you are attacking, it is fine, it will just remove you from the faction, and will invite you again because you are the same ideology, but it also might not.

In the other main game, a new dawn, I asked GavGrub why it is there and he said that it is to help you be other countries that you cant be when you start the game, like California, New Caledonia, and Greenland.

Nvm, I realized I accidentally clicked on the "Play as" button, but why is that even a thing?

I finally got to play it, but something weird happened.  I was India, and there was a world war and while I was deciding the treaty, it somehow glitched and switched me to the Great Lakes nation.  How did this happen?

It is significantly hard, so can you add something that allows for different modes (easy, medium, hard)

It says in the instructions that I have to download it and find the ".zip" file, but when I did download it, there weren't any. Just random stuff like the flags, regions, sound used, etc.

Doodle Empire is better than this.

I have seen a video about someone playing this, and it sounds good! Cant wait! (Also, I have wanted something like this that replaces Warnament and HOI4)
