I'm going out on a limb and assuming it's the plan... but, more enemy types would be awesome! Perhaps to pad the gameplay a bit, you could even reintroduce old bosses/boss minions into the waves after they are defeated (appropriatly scaled of course)... Harpies with flight (temp invincibility frames ), Nagas (could interest the vore community), immobile plant enemies or traps could serve to limit mobility; not to mention minitores, orgers, ect. who could deal physical dmg while they  fuck you.... The optionss are limitless and, i want to help :D!

Additionally, regarding seduction - perhaps this could either influence the enemy desire to be fucked by you; or if that's not the direction you want to go - it could increase the chance enemies will select a "sex" ability or move as opposed to a "physical dmg" move or ability.

Yes indeed, infinite possibilities for gameplay. You mentioned plants, I could see an immobile alraune-type waifu who lures you into her with a debuff that makes you walk 1-2 seconds towards her if you fail a check.

(slow) projectiles could be used as well, either for dmg, slows, or even a root ability!
