I've actually found many AVNs with great writing; cosy cafe, once in a lifetime, eternum, ripples, my bully is my lover, sicae, world tamer, and goddess' whim, are some of my favourites I've found here on itch
Out of these, I have only played Goddess' whim, the writing there is pretty good, I admit, but not all that amazing. Some things are in the middle of being rewritten right now, we will see how it turns out. The rest of the game is still expectional in my opinion though.
