The current file size is about 1.3 gb ,  the animations have many frame so that the user can pick and choose which to use, in order to adjust frame rate.

pngquant can reduce the file size by about 80% it however does not make sprite strips.

i made a program to create sprite strips myself for personal use, i can post it here for free most likely, however bare in mind i only made it for personal use, so there's not any fancy u.i or anything.

if i am correct i listed a gif creator on my page, i believe i threw the sprite strip maker in there also

i have released a new sprite sheet creator on my page, its called "TAKEaSHEET" its easy and quick to use, it will also tell the the memory size and image size of the output sheet before you create it.
