You should be able to survive on each side. A little tricky, but it's easy if you hold the X button instead.

Good observation: "Overcited" is a mistake, I wanted to say "Overmentioned".

Yeah, I should add extra differences in dialogues depending on what you do (even the dying after the puzzle). I'll probably have fun with it after watching other people playing the updated demo in the future (like I gave the slime a dodge: everybody was mercilessly killing him)

The puzzle resets after death, the choice was intentional, but now that you point that out it doesn't make much sense.

The barrel should not walkable. The castle has placeholder graphics, so I didn't really care much to check. XD

You're welcome! If Hold X is always supposed to work, well, it doesn't work on the first sign, at least for my Firefox Browser? Not sure why / how mashing is faster?! Oh, the slime seems to move faster if I hold vs. if I mash??

...

Also, for some reason, one of my early saves, the first-death one, probably from the Sword, is zoomed out, and so I can see the slime pop in, instead of coming off from the side of the screen?

Holding Z speeds up the game, while X doesn't. It also works only if you hold it right away. It's not really what I want the player doing though, since I want every death to be generally hardly avoidable.

The zoom out is the plugin sometimes resetting on save load, I still didn't figure that out.

Oh, I did hold Z, thanks for the explanation! Holding X instead actually means I survive!

I only got the Zoomout when I reloaded the autosave? Yep, it's the autosave after the funky dance. A regular save point save should be fine?

Cool that the menu expressions change when flipping between the Start Screen choices!

It's probably something of that specific cutscene, since it happened another time exactly there. I'll look into it.
