I'd like to play this game, but I have a question. Is there an element where the male protagonist becomes female (or has a body type or race similar to that of a female)?

I think whether or not this element exists will affect how attractive the game is to me.

for the current version of the game, it is possible to be a male with female bits, and a mix, as well as other options that allow male characters to operate similarly to the female characters (mpreg). You can set that up when creating your character, and there are in-game items that you can use to alter your body in these ways as well.
