The story is complete on the Patron test. Patrons have the 2nd alpha out now that is fairly bug-free. I'm working on voice acting the game and adding sounds before release.
The last chapter lets you pick AE, BE, Preg, or WG, and the housewife gets big. For the pregnancy route, like pregnant with dozens, AE route is couch width - normal doorways are impossible.

Just to put my 2 cents in the bucket here as a user; I view voice acting as a low priority. Not only do I generally play these types of games with the sound off, but I also already have voices in my head assigned to each of these characters. Giving them VA's sounds like a waste of time for someone like me.
