Chapter 2 is pregnant focus, then chapter 3 lets you pick up from after the pregnancy with whatever route you want!
Each creamerie gets larger each chapter regardless of what you choose!
I'm not sure of the bug, but I'm assuming you mean one of the ones with Vanessa. I think all of those are fixed!
