It is a long file of json format that needs the values translated. I can provide you with this file in English, you translate it to Portuguese and I'll be happy to release it. Most of the community translators helped themselves with AI tools and then did the refining job, so it takes less time this way (is it not small, all oracles and UI texts, but it took about 1 week of effort maximum for every language).
