I'm at 93 files and I could use some hints as to how to deduce the last few? And how I can learn A.T. and @'s names?

Make a spreadsheet. Every living and present person is accounted for at every time code, so if you make a complete table/spreadsheet of where every person is at every time, you should be able to see some gaps.

Yes, I'm sure I've documented everybody where they should be at any given time, it's the nonstandard files I'm trying to figure out. Also I feel like a dope for not reading the name at the top of my email.

Type "find <word>" for each of these. If nothing shows up, you missed a unique file. Hints encoded in rot13.

Any tips? I'm in the same boat at 93 files. I've got everyone accounted for in all scenes my spreadsheet but can't figure out the last 3 files

A.T.'s name isn't a mystery.  It's given right at the top of the Brief in your inbox: "FROM: Alan Thomas".
