For the succubus style outfit, that ingredient can usually be obtained either from Selena (Dream World, using a random number generator), available after completing some story scenes, after which the connection with Selena will be strengthened, or from L's shop (a mysterious box with a price of over 500 coins).

For a more convenient gameplay, I recommend going to the Agranor library and reading the books that are there. This will allow you to better understand the basic mechanics of the game and form optimal strategies.

I guess my RNG must really be terrible then, have now gone over 100 days in Dream World (on 70 luck) without seeing a single one, don't see anywhere new to go or any new dialogue box. L hasn't given me any either (though I did get the final Dwarven Cogwheel I needed for a clothing set so there is that).

Not seeing anything in the Library that helps per se with this specific thing, but I may not be looking in the right place. Thank you for the response though, much appreciated!

Will try maxing out Selena's relationship to see if that makes any difference on the chance to get one (I need 3 total but seeing at least one would be nice haha).

There is not only Selena that needs to be improved. Therefore, try to complete all personal quests with Elith, Selena and Nel.

Because after the quest where Elith brought Celica and Selena closer together, there was no problem with getting these things - 4 visits to the Dream World were enough.

In this game, if something doesn't work for you, it's usually because you're missing some storyline.
