Unfortunately, only 9 out of the 22 card functionalities could be implemented in time, namely: The Sun, The Moon, The Star, The Tower, Death, Strength, The Chariot, The Empress, and The Fool, as shown in the attached screenshot.
So, some cards may do nothing at the moment. Also, there is a bug with the win condition.
If you’d like, I’d be more than happy to share a new build with some fixes. Thank you!
Thanks for the update. You should be able to still edit the submitted game file, so if you would like to submit any new version please feel free to go ahead and let us know here when you've done so. Good luck!

I noticed that the document is an older version; I had uploaded a newer one with extra screenshots and details in the PDF. If updating it is possible, that’d be great, but no worries if not!
