Game is unplayable: part of the interface is under the screen and no scroll present.
Is that during the interrogation? That can happen when you play in Windows if you play in windowed mode and chosen a resolution that is too big. You can either change to Full Screen or choosing a smaller game resolution.
It is in the main menu. Haven't tried futher.
