Hi, first I want to say thank you because we used a previous version (one from August) in our games, we went back to this page because we have issues with your shader for some reason on Switch (I know you only support desktop so you don't have to answer), where for some reason the shader appears to stay "imprinted" when the game is closed on Switch (it doesn't happen on any other screen, whether it's a laptop screen, a computer screen, a Steam Deck, or a TV connected to a PS4 or a PS5).

But, I tried to download this latest version, and even after reading the comments, the screen stays black, I have tried putting a crt.resize_surfaces() at room start, at room end, I tried setting a viewport (I don't use them) at game start, I tried changing the application_surface size at game start to various values, but no clue why it doesn't work at all, previous version I used worked flawlessly :/

Ok it also happens (the screen burn) on the PlayStation versions, so I guess it will happen as well on the Desktop version (will test tomorrow) so that falls under what you support right^^

What could I use as solutions to prevent those burns that happen even on LCD screens?

So, it happens as well on Desktop versions, therefore, unless that issue is fixed with the latest version (which in this case I need help to implement), do you have any idea how to mitigate this afterimage that happens after closing the game?

I'm a bit confused about what you mean by afterimage; are you saying something remains on the screen after you close the game? This asset isn't doing anything nonstandard (it all comes down to drawing a fullscreen surface in a Draw GUI event), so if you find your game isn't closing correctly, this might be more of a bug on YoyoGames' side or perhaps a driver issue. If you can provide a bit more information to sittingduckgamesco@gmail.com, I can at least ascertain whether or not I can resolve your issue with a patch to the asset pack.
