You're right, my bad. I was looking at the wrong field. That said, changes you've made recently can also cause your games to be placed back in the review queue. And which three pages, out of the six games you have published? I looked at the last one, and you're right, but see above.

To answer the question in your post title, site search is intended for players to easily locate games they already know about. It's not a marketing tool. Our admins are asking creators to do their own promotion through other channels rather than rely on itch.io for that.

Both things I've just explained are mentioned in the unofficial FAQ you said you've read.

The last of which has a steam page. I uploaded a playtesting build for a gamejam which was removed after that playtest period.

Here is the quote that tipped me off to this.

Firstly, if it isn't a marketing tool, then nobody should trust it to have sales for their game or generate itch revenue. Probably not a good thing to tell anyone in the community here. Why would I not use itch's game directory if it doesn't sell video games?

Secondly. People only have been finding my games through a direct link to my creator page.
Searches for my titles don't include the 4 above games.

It looks like the first three were overlooked, or got stuck in the queue. I'm not sure how the process works, but I can speed things up for you. The last one might have been queued up again due to the recent changes.

>speed things up for you

Okay thank you. But what about everyone else on the platform?

>The last one might have been queued up again due to the recent changes.

It... has... never... been... indexed.

I have no way of knowing if it was indexed before or not. And I can't speak for everyone on itch.io either.
