Good job on actually  implementing an ecosystem, like farming and animals eating each other. I like the nonsensical printing . I notice that some of the pixel art is a little fuzzy. There is a setting to fix it in Godot, I think it's by setting default texture filter to "nearest". Also, the game choosing what tile was selected made it kind of difficult to plant and water crops.

The tile system was my intention as a throwback to older farming games, but I wasn't sure if I also want the player to be bound by the tiles. Maybe that's why the alignment is weird and it's difficult to navigate.

I love tile systems, but I just mean that it would be nice if the blue box snaps to the grid where the players mouse is instead of being chosen by player direction.
