You play season1 first, once you did that, you update season 1 with the season 2 app. This way your decisions get carried over. You can't have both versions installed.
In that case, I'd suggest using JoiPlay to run the PC version. Sure, both seasons add up to roughly 10GB so far and are liable to get even bigger, but you can have both installed at the same time without APK limits messing things up. As a bonus, you also get better image quality.
