I dont know why that happens, but maybe an device issue? If you want to look take a deeper look into why it is not working, you would have to join the discord server, there is a bug report section. itch.io comments arent the best way to do customer support.
No they don't dissapear they are simply not in the game anymore. You can start season 1 if you want to see the scenes from chapter 1-9. Season two only has season two scenes, this was done to fix the size issues.

I don’t think I banned you, if I had, you probably wouldn’t be able to post here either (i guess?). I’m guessing you’re the same person who asked on Discord about not being able to see comments?
It’s interesting because Discord automatically hid all your messages and marked them as spam. That’s something their system does on its own. Sometimes this can happen if your internet connection looks suspicious to Discord (for example, using or switching between VPNs a lot), or if their filters flagged some kind of spam-like activity.
Chapter 13 wont be slow.
