Yes, i can see that.  I was so happy to make smooth acceleration work in assembly code, I left the value low to see the effect all the time. I'll experiment a bit with higher horizontal acceleration/deceleration values, at least when the main character is sitting on a floor.

It's just a nitpick. It's very impressive that you managed to program this game in assembly!
