Honestly asking for knowledge: why are you asking for a refund on a game on this platform? Can't you buy it on a discount? I don't really know whats the issue here on asking for a refund or demanding a steam key for them buying it on here first.

Each platform is different. No store will give you the same game on different platforms. When I buy from Xbox I don't expect to have it for free or ask for a refund to buy it on Playstation. Same with Epic and Steam. All are separate stores. Purchases are not interchangeable.

Honestly asking, what is the issue? Was something promised or something else?

I feel like the main reason is that some content creators said that the itch.io version was a "demo" when it wasn't, and people start to thinking that they paid for an incomplete version of the game.

And no matter how many times I explained that the itch version was a complete game and the steam release is another game they don't understand.

I am gratefull to see that there are people who genually understand it, thank you!

Is the same woth stores on consoles you have to buy it everytime you want it on another console. I think it was posted that the steam was going to be another version from the ground up and itch.io the original one.

I do enjoy the game but after many hours on the og one I have to get used to the new stuff on this one. When I miss using the treinta y tres doce I use the og one.

Great game!!

Genuine question, if they're two different games, why make this one unavailable for purchase? I only just learned about it from watching a streamer play it and it seems like people feel the itch.io version had a lot more depth. I'd be very curious to try the original but if folks are just learning about it, we've just missed the boat I guess?

Well, first of all, yeah actually it looks like the steam version was promised for free.

But I understand that the creator was not able to give out the key to everyone

Which is why people are asking for a refund because the key was promised and now because that is no longer true people want their money back.                                                      Plus considering not everyone can get a refund it actually is unfair.

While I understand the creator has said that they're basically different games. They do not seem that way to a lot of people. Yes there are differences between both, GUI wise, Feature wise, and more, but they're both being called by the same name which is why a lot of people are going to be thinking they're the same game.

Not only that but the creator claiming that the itch.io is a complete version but then also making impossible to buy it here doesn't make sense.

If this version is a different game then why isn't it available anymore but the steam version is?

I get it's not the dev's fault. But they made promises they couldn't keep. That's on them completely, they scammed their community twice.
