it's been 11 days for me,what should I do?

Nothing. The normal time is usually two weeks, and it can be longer if it's your first payment.

By the way, the staff doesn't answer this forum, so the above case sounds more like a coincidence to me, since it's within the normal timeframe for a payment process.

It's my 3rd payment.  But for my two payment. It took 10 days to getting receive payment.

You were lucky. My last payment took about 17 days (I'm not complaining, I'm just sharing the information.), and reading the forum, 14 days is more or less the normal wait time.

Your payment will most likely go out within the week, regardless of whether you contact support or not.

If you want to know what to do, the process is to contact support and share the ticket number here. The forum isn't answered by support, but by the community. So there's not much else you can do.

It's been 12 days and I haven't received payment. My first payment

The wait time for payment doesn't matter if it's your first time or your hundredth.

The wait time depends on how busy the staff is, if there's anything in your payments that needs additional verification, or if the company verifying the tax interview was delayed, etc.

If you search the forum, 14 days is more or less the normal wait time. It could be sooner or it could be a little later, but it's more or less the normal wait range.

It says 7-12 days, my friend.

The officially reported timeframes can't always be met, as you'll see frequently on the forum.

But anyway, I wasn't here to argue, just to summarize the information I see more or less every day on this forum, so it might be helpful to you. But if you know more, I'll leave it up to you.
