I assume you're playing from the perspective of the fetus -- that's a really cool idea. The dialogue slightly muffled is also a fantastic effect to indicate what's going on. I did eventually realize I could kick by clicking, and I just tried kicking every light I could see. I assume I'm supposed to kick the two white eyes, and the red blob means my failure led to a miscarriage? Well planned and designed! I do wish the "enemies", whatever they are, came more frequently or sooner though, because every time I lost, I had to relisten to the same dialogue again. In any case, really really cool concept.
