Sorry if I missed an explanation on another past post, but I'm not actually sure how to install a recent update while keeping current saves intact. I've just been redoing everything each time. Is there an easy explanation as to how to update the game with current saves.

Because the game is made with RPG Maker new saves can't be transferred between version because of changes to the database (characters, items, enemies all those kind of things). The next update (MAY) will be a bigger one and I'll only open new stuff that has already been made so May-September you should be able to transfer the save between versions.
