they ARE able to, thats what worldbox did. if you bought worldbox on itch before the steam release, you got a key when it released on steam.
Sadly not for this game, because the steam version is published by Critical Bliss. So they cant give out keys.Edit: For confirmation, i saw a reply from MonsterBox regarding Steam keys, and they said that exact same reply.
