Is it just my PDF viewer, or is the SCOB Revised sheet from the https://genesisoflegend.com/downloads/ page bugged? It looks all garbled in SumatraPDF.

The pdf actually has the content on a number of distinct pdf layers. Ideally you should be able to only display the relevant ones for the specific character. Check it out on Adobe Reader and it might work a bit better.
