The so-called "Free Mode" would simply be a copy-paste of the original game, only not everything has to be unlocked.
For my part, I want to play a simple wallflower. Someone who starts out normal or shy, yet is still physically sensitive. Someone who is well-developed, and others notice this. Someone who is frequently harassed and thus becomes increasingly wicked, slowly adapting and eventually even liking and longing for it.
I just don't want to have to grind to play the way I want.
So what you're asking for isn't a bonus mode, but rather a button to unlock everything... Well, I might add it to the EX version, but I have no concrete plans for that at the moment.
Once again, unlockable backstories and traits are designed for non-standard playthroughs and definitely aren't meant for your first run, so you should be fine. Also, unlocking them will be more about meeting specific conditions rather than grinding.
Thanks for your reply. I'm glad that it's probably not the case that I'm grinding for hours on end for backstory points and trait points, and that it's more a matter of specific requirements. In today's games, it's often implemented more as long and boring grinding.
And hopefully this feature will be available for the ext version. Just in case. Even though I much prefer playing without cheats or such features.
