I do everything alone, so nobody except me has access to the game source code. I just buy some assets from freelancers (mostly 2D art).

Yeah, game is made in 32 bit, so if your 64 bit phone doesn't support old 32 bit apps, it won't work.

Hey, UiTC2:R has no real release date. All Patreon/SubscribeStar subscribers can access current tech demos, but there's no content. Public Demo is planned for February 2026.

Try this:

Launch terminal - basic to make apps work enter: sudo spctl --master-disable (if u want to turn it on back -sudo spctl -- master-enable)

Then enter: sudo chmod -R 755 + drag Appp (enter and u can play)

Once you open the in-game settings with the O button, you should see "Cheats" in the middle with an arrow next to it - use that to enable them.

After that, open the stats window with the K button, and you’ll be able to freely edit all your stats.

Lore-wise, hobos are the eyes and ears of The City, and some parts of the game’s lore come from talking to random NPCs hanging around their usual spots. In other words - people do know. In UiTC2:R, I’ll be making some changes to this.

Hey, sadly, UiTC won't work on 64 bit phones. But the upcoming UiTC2:R already works on Android at least. Sorry :(

Hey, unfortunately, 64-bit support on Android isn’t possible because the engine used for the original game is very outdated. However, since UiTC2:R is being developed with the latest version of Unity, the tech demos already work on Android. Sorry about that :/

Theoretically, yes, it is possible, but will need quite a lot of work, so if anything I will first release v45, and then we will see about bonus additions like that.

Max out his relationship, and he will ask you after your shift in his office. To see the event requirements, open the event sheet with the Y button.

What do you mean? The event you screenshotted is from that dialogue choice, so it has to work... Open Event Sheet (Y button) and search for "Ben 101" in search bar - you will have the event requirements there.

That's weird, as 2nd option should be unlocked after the 1st one, so looks like a bug. Will look into it. Thanks for reporting!

In the remastered version, Jane will be able to do some quests for the police, but I'm not sure if I want to give her a job as a fully-fledged policewoman. So, maybe, but definitely not in the early releases.

The City will be much larger and will feature more locations, but adding them all will take time.

Hey, X-Ray doesn’t have a creampie animation and won’t have one in the old UiTC, as it would require me to remake it from scratch and update all existing scenes. The upcoming UiTC:R already features X-Ray on the character’s body and will include creampie animations in the future. Cheers!

So what you're asking for isn't a bonus mode, but rather a button to unlock everything... Well, I might add it to the EX version, but I have no concrete plans for that at the moment.

Once again, unlockable backstories and traits are designed for non-standard playthroughs and definitely aren't meant for your first run, so you should be fine. Also, unlocking them will be more about meeting specific conditions rather than grinding.

I'm not planning any bonus modes. Unlocking traits and backstories won't be difficult, and their requirements will be tied to what’s being unlocked. For example, if there’s a trait that prevents addiction, unlocking it will require avoiding addiction for X days. Meanwhile, more powerful content, like certain backstories, functions more like a cheat rather than the intended way to play. So, I don’t see anything wrong with setting higher requirements for those.

I don’t know when Itch will hold the next sale, as they never give us a heads-up. I usually find out at the last minute, right before it starts… But if the Spring Sale happens, I’ll definitely participate :)

There's no revenge against Rick in UiTC, so you can only kick him out. Also, lockpicks are only used for opening a few locked containers. In the upcoming remastered version I'm planning to make lockpicks more useful and add a few options to get rid of Rick after finding an evidence, but that's for a distant future.

As stated many times already - it's impossible. The game will never work on 64 bit phones, because engine is outdated. I'm working on the remastered version that will work with 64 bit Android, but it will be a separate game.

It will be a separate game, so contact itch support for a refund. It will be out some time in 2025.

Then it's not a download problem, but your phone doesn't support 32 bit games. You will have to wait for the remastered version of the game which will be in 64 bit and will work with newer phones.

You need the EX version of the game, and then you enter settings with the button in the top right corner of the screen, turn cheats on, and then you can edit stats in the stats window.

Yeah, itch sale just starts later than Steam, but it's already on sale. 

It’s a one-time payment, so once you’ve paid for the EX once, you’ll get lifetime access to all EX updates for free as well. Keep in mind that the upcoming remastered version will require a separate purchase, as it will be a different game.

Translations aren't planned at the moment.

Damn... It wouldn't even come to my mind that your phone could be limiting CPU usage, or that capping it at 70% would make the game completely unplayable. Anyway, glad you finally managed to sort it out! Enjoy!

It's currently only a character creator and nothing more, and it's available to small bunch of people who bought the game on itch a long time ago, or who currently support me on Patreon/SubscribeStar. It will be available to the public some time in 2025.
