Nice artwork! Though I have to admit, I love pixel art, but I’m not a fan when sprite sizes are inconsistent - it just feels a bit off :D

I noticed an issue where clicking on 'Controls' caused the entire UI to shift out of place, but this was only a problem when not playing in fullscreen. Also, when falling, it would be great toactually fall through a complete scene rather than ending up in empty space. The tileset looks nice overall, but the scenes themselves feel a bit empty, with some sprites placed somewhat randomly and not always matching the overall art style.

The dialogues were a real highlight! I especially enjoyed the friendly conversations with enemies right before they attacked - such a fun touch. It would be helpful to have clearer feedback on checkpoint locations though.

I wasn’t able to progress past the boss. I assumed I needed to jump onto the platform, but I just kept falling through. After another try, I already gave up since it was quite challenging. As a platformer, you incorporated the theme well through the dialogues - great job on that! Overall, a nice little game with lots of potential.

First of all, thank you for playing and for your detailed feedback!
I’m very new to pixel art and used premade assets, so I agree about the inconsistency.
I actually noticed that UI issue right after submitting the game, but I didn’t have time to fix it.
The emptiness in scenes bothered me too, but I wasn’t sure how to fill it, especially when I'm not an artist and have to find suitable assets for it. Do you have any suggestions?
And yeah, that platform in the runner level was poorly placed. I get it, and I’m really sad to hear you couldn’t reach the final level.

For the art it is often just trying out some stuff. Sometimes it already helps to use dynamic lighting or backgrounds. Sprites should be incorporated to the scene, not randomly positioned, while there could be a pattern to put the :)

Thank you. I have to work on it more for the future projects
