I'll look into this, thank you for reporting it. I push a new build recently that shouldn't have made changes to this stuff but i'll see if I can reproduce this and troubleshoot
If it helps, it's definitely not the most recent build that changed this since it was happening before I updated to the new build.

What kind of xbox controller are you using? 360? One? Series?
Xbox One controller connected via bluetooth. And I'm on Windows 11.
does it work when connected via USB?
Can confirm, the Xbox One controller does work connected via USB. My 8bitdo controller does not though
