In my opinion, Jeth and Beilleph have something in common: they are both very responsible of their work from what I've read in the game.

ı kinda think even though they are like super hard working people Beileph's work comes from his passion and he does it because he wants to regardless of what others say while Jeth's job comes more from... essentiality? since he got dragged into this mess from long ago.... (a little spoiler ahem >-<) though ı also think he is capable of getting in the way he wants so calling his job a ''force'' wouldnt be true either ı think XD so Jeth is more like waltzing around people does whatever he should and benefitting what he can without much thinking about ıf he really wants it or not. (ı guess his backgroud story + my these thoughts about him are one of rare reason why ı feel sympathy for him X3)
oh and ı just remembered Beileph does his job hoping peace and better future as outcome while Jeth.... meh ım not sure what he really wants one thing is certain: he doesnt care better future for everyone lol XD
but yes they really are hard working towards their ''passions'' when they have a chance (Jeth is bit too much but yea ^^;)
