Have you thought about adding vore? I think Endo vore as a form of bondage would work pretty good for this kinda scenario
I think there is some, tho i believe i read they dont want to add much cause its not something they understand? I could be mistaken, or confusing games... but hope this helps
There's some soft vore, but it's not something I'm typically into, so don't expect too much
Degrees of lewdity has vore just be warned it's a very dark game
