I think so, I believe FPS Creator became something else on Steam that's still being functionally developed, but it has changed from what it used to be
I'm undecided whether to use it or not. Have you used it? Is the program clean?
you can find the safe open-source version on google. the new steam version is called GameGuru, and an even newer one is GameGuru Max.
