Hello, do you know if there will be any updates to or are any complete NPC generators out there for this? I'm currently using the excel sheet in the links but just curious if theres an easier program.

No updates planned to the core game books, just additional supplements like Prismaxia. The character sheets and GM Worksheets will continue to be in Gsheets, as any type of official program is way outside of budget.
However, there are interactive sheets being worked on for virtual tabletops by fans. There's a fancy one in active development for Foundry!
Just to confirm, are you using a link to an actual excel download, or the online google sheets?
