I had plans for some more stuff to go on like predators eating villagers that you have to use the lightning bolt for but I ran out of time. Villagers reproducing occurs after a long set of conditions but being well fed is kinda the main thing. Easiest way is with the provide food power, though the game tends to snowball from that point.
