Really cool idea, I would work a bit on the difficulty curve a bit though, it feels like too many orders pop out at once, I think making it a bit more fast paced, and having the orders come up less often but for shorter would be better, cuz you can get overflooded real quick.
I loved the idea of having to figure out the recipes, makes it interesting
