I agree with what seb said, I would also say making stuff clearer in general, like having the notification system that you've got show you what potion you just made. Also it seems like the pacing is a bit too fast as a lot of customers queue at the start of the game. I'm also not sure of what the penalty is for not serving them or giving them the wrong potion (apart from the funny dialogue). Sometimes in the cauldron UI I wasn't able to press c to get out of it, instinctivly when I first started the game I tried to use ESC to back out of it. Perhaps rather than keybinds I recommend buttons as it doesn't require the wall of text in the UI.

There is also some dead time when a potion is brewing, barely long enough to bother gathering ingredients while you're waiting. Maybe there should be a minigame for the brewing. The gathering itself also feels like im just walking in a random direction and spamming the interact key.

Apart from the criticism above (sorry haha) I think the game is very cozy with the artstyle being very consistent and the music being enjoyable and not annoying like some games I've played in this jam. I like the subtle lighting effects, the particles that show the customer's problem, smoothness of the UI and its animations, sound effects, etc. I appreciate the variety in potions as well. I've made a game with a similar concept (making potions for customers) on my itch page if you wanna check it out as well as my submission :)

Thank you so much for the feedback! There should be a notification system in the bottom right hand of the screen, but I'll make it more noticeable in the future when I update the game, and I'll be sure to check out your game :)
